3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposits
For depositing funds at k8x8, we support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
- Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users who register at k8x8 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. This bonus has a wagering requirement of 10x, meaning withdrawal is possible only after completing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only apply to specific games and categories.
- A bonus offer may be claimed once only; claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used to play games.
- k8x8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus for specific reasons.

5. VIP Program and Rewards
The k8x8 VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback and various benefits are provided at each tier.
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; join this tier by playing regularly.
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; reached by maintaining consistent activity at the Bronze tier.
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; reached through long-term activity at the Silver tier.
Cashback amounts are calculated every Monday and credited to the account on a weekly basis. k8x8 reserves the right to change the structure, benefits, or tier advancement criteria of the VIP program. All decisions regarding VIP tier assignment and maintenance are at k8x8's discretion.
6. Prohibited Activities
Participating in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering using a false identity or documents.
- Strategically abusing the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
- Using unauthorised third-party software or bots.
- Attempting to exploit any technical error or vulnerability to alter game outcomes.
- Participating in money laundering or other financial criminal activities.
- Using another user's account or payment details.
- Any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
k8x8 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in cases involving the above activities.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the k8x8 platform — logos, brand names, website design, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the exclusive property of k8x8 and is protected by international intellectual property law.
- No content from k8x8 may be copied, distributed, or published without prior written permission.
- Limited access is granted for personal and non-commercial use.
- Content from third-party game providers is governed by their own intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is considered an integral part of these Terms.
